Junior Programmer

Join Care Lync as a Junior Programmer and support the ongoing maintenance, updates, and integration of our internal no-code platform. You'll work with no-code/low-code tools, APIs, and collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver secure, HIPAA-compliant solutions. This is a remote role ideal for someone early in their development career who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal HIPAA-compliant no-code platform
- Build, test, and deploy updates, enhancements, and workflows
- Collaborate with 3rd-party engineers to design and implement integrations
- Document system changes and integration processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Assist in quality assurance testing for updates and enhancements
- Provide ongoing platform support and gather user feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of professional programming, IT, or platform administration experience
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Knack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Bubble)
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Nice to have: JavaScript, Python, SQL/NoSQL, Jira, Trello, HIPAA experience
